Das muss fest mit der Karte verbunden sein. Ansonsten könnte man das Foto einfach austauschen und einen anderen damit fahren lassen. Ist es nicht fest verbunden ist das Ticket vermutlich sogar ungültig und du fährst schwarz.
Ich habe schon erlebt, dass es getackert wurde. Bei dem Verkehrsverbund wo ich davor gewohnt habe würde es sogar reingestanzt, damit man es nicht so leicht fälschen kann. In beiden Fällen wurde das Foto zusätzlich unten in der Ecke abgestempelt vom Kundencenter.
Muss geklebt sein, ansonsten ist der Ausweis ungültig.

Rechtlich gesehen ist der Schülerausweis trotzdem ungültig ohne eingeklebtes Foto.
Wenn du einen Personalausweis besitzt, dann brauchst du aber auch unter umständen keinen Schülerausweis mehr.
Muss da nicht sogar noch ein stempel drauf?
