Hello,

According to legislation, raw milk is not intended for consumption. The reason for this is the extremely limited storage capacity as well as the germ load.
The milk can also be drunk. I would only do this with fresh and chilled raw milk. And that also only for healthy adults who are neither pregnant nor breastfeeding.

Yeah, it’s just that, if: if the bacteria contained therein are not tolerated or too many unhealthy bacteria are present, then the farmer must secure himself. Because then you know you should have cooked the milk and can’t make the farmer liable for it.

My personal opinion (just not binding before someone complains): You don’t have to boil raw milk. As a child I regularly drank raw milk (i.e. my whole family).

A lot of taste is lost by boiling.

Hello yes you should boil off, but when there is a sign that the farmer is a quality supplier, can also drink 1-2 cups like this without boiling.

Yeah, you should. Crude milk can contain pathogenic bacteria, such as e. coli, salmonella or listia, which can cause severe food infections. By boiling, the risk of infection is significantly reduced, even if some vitamins and enzymes can be lost.

You’re funny and you want to steal the vitamins and nutrients from the milk like the state, right? Listen to spreading panic. For centuries milk was drunk quite normally raw. Crude milk from mass livestock is actually completely unsuitable for this. The risk of developing raw milk is about 1000 times as high as in h-milk, which is the risk of raw milk, i.e. 1%. In fact, the risk of hygienic and art-friendly attitudes is even lower. So you don’t have to spread panic here and you can drink raw milk or get butter and cream from it. With a little knowledge cheese or yogurt is also possible. For this purpose, raw milk has a considerable advantage, not only in taste, but also in terms of nutrients. Not everything must be sterile! Furthermore, raw milk contains good intestinal bacteria and is therefore definitely the healthier alternative. By the way, there is also preferential milk, which is the raw milk tested by the Veterinary Office, which is safe for consumption, so that the 1% risk can be further reduced;)

It’s just for safety, I drank milk right from the cow for many years and never got sick of it!

That’s it. Unfortunately, the start steals good intestinal bacteria and many vitamins and nutrients. The risk of raw milk is 1% (calculated from the risk of H milk, the risk of raw milk is a thousand times higher, and that is 1%)
