you have to eat protein… best get 20% of your energy from protein…

you should do without animal products because the probably unwanted side effects have (people are adapted to vegan diet by evolution… that with animals is apparently a new fashion development with which you have nothing but anger… only the rotten smell already in store… not only in the cheese…)…

You don’t have to, but it would be very beneficial.

Meat has many proteins and other important nutrients, an extremely good amino acid profile and goes down easily.

No you don’t have to, there are other foods for it, there are enough vegetarian and even some vegan bodybuilders

You need about 1.2g-2g protein per Kg body weight. Where you relate these proteins, from meat, from legumes or from where you are left.
