Jain.

In a good therapy one is confronted hard with oneself. The need for strength and can also be scary. But that’s worth it, it’s important to win something: that you better get clear with yourself and life.

As a rule, psychotherapists/psychologists or Psychiatrists help, at least this is officially part of their profession. However, it is also important to say that there are already black sheep among them – just like in each professional group.

Or it does not fit humanly and this can also be the way for the success of a therapy. You need to feel comfortable and trust, and that cannot be done by anyone in you, no matter how professional.

With regard to the last two points, you have to trust a little bit in your abdominal feeling.

So I’m not going alone to doctors XD anymore.

Have attended a psychologist because I thought it could not hurt because of my tumor disease.

She was super nice, a young doctor but the last time I was there, the poor woman is unfortunately twisted through the job herself. I just told her about the last doctor’s visit to the neurologist, where I was with my wife and she came up with me and she came up with everything about me and I’m supposed to be cold…

Really creepy. Of course I ran off quickly and after that I got a letter that she no longer works and I like to report to the successor 🤣

My neurologist also knows psychology. I’m just asking her.

No, you don’t have to be scared. These people are highly specialized and just want to help.
You can decide what you’re talking about and what doesn’t and if it doesn’t suit you, you can finish the therapy.
