I have a mini-job where I have to work two Saturdays a month (more often during the holidays) and now have to do a two-week internship for school. Do I have to apply for vacation for those weeks or is there a special regulation?

If you only work Saturday in a minijob, and the internship (as usual) is under the week from Monday to Friday, no. It’s just a lot of work, a six-day week. But did not know where this would be bite in time
Why? You’re working for Mo-Fr and Saturday. If that gets too much for you, of course you can take a vacation.
