The cycle path is always wide enough to keep the meter apart!

Minimum width lt. StVO is 1.50..

So go right at the edge of the bike path as prescribed, then don’t have to be ringed!

So?

How broad were they?

And, of course, you can’t “do away” on the way or the streets, that’s what you learn in the school in transport education.

Then do not overtake and you have to stop at appropriate place and allow the behind you to overtake

https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/stvo_2013/_5.html

Those who carry a slower vehicle shall maintain the speed at a suitable location, if necessary, if only a plurality of immediately following vehicles are able to overtake.

Yes, you have to drive to the right edge of the bike path if it is wide enough.

No, you can’t go on the sidewalk!

Typical problem sog. “Radwege” on GEHwegen; they are usually too narrow for cycling, for overtaking the place is never enough – the overhauler must also keep 1.5 m side distance, which often corresponds to the complete width of these faulty structures.

I.e. almost always must not be overtaken legally.

In practice, it is often squeezed by some way, not always that goes well…

In fact, neither the one or the other cyclist is allowed to walk.

If a car wants to overtake the other, it is not possible to drive over either foot or bike paths. You have to wait for enough space to get over.

Interesting question.

But neither e-scooter nor bicycle have what to look for on a walkway.

Exception would be if there is no bike path and the cyclist (believe) is below 12
