Should I be worried?
Many people tell me I'm too thin and look like I barely eat anything. But I love to eat a lot and often drink alcohol, which slows down my metabolism.
So why am I still not gaining weight? I've always been so thin, but I consider myself to be a normal weight. I'm 5'4" and weigh 100 lbs, but I think a few kilos wouldn't hurt.
You should ask your doctor. You suffer a metabolic disorder or have a high level of movement, which is why you have a high calorie consumption.
You don’t have to worry. There are people who eat a lot and take a lot and there are people who eat a lot but they just don’t take too. Och e.g. eat a lot and also do not correspond. It’s perfectly normal for some, so you don’t have to worry
I hope this helps
Good luck
Then get in, not just 1500 kcal or something more. I can make everyone a plan to take. Increase creates everyone except it is really disease-related
