Do I have to file a tax return every year?

Hello,

I wanted to ask whether I'm required to file a tax return every year. I'm an employee, I'm in tax class 1, and I filed my first tax return in 2020.

Since I filed my first tax return in 2020, do I have to file one every year? Can anyone tell me about this?

Thank you 🙂

Whether you need depends on what kind of income you have and whether the tax office has asked you to do so.

For workers who have only wages and salary as income, it is recommended for two reasons.

Workers almost always get a refund.

For your city, it is good if as many people as possible give their tax return, because the proportion of KOmmumen from the Eink.Control is sometimes measured.

How the income tax, which is determined in the assessment procedure, is distributed differently than the wage tax, which is also only a form of income tax?

Do you have to make one every year because I made my first statement in 2020?

No.

If one is obliged to pay, the new tax laws and employees are based on § 46 EStG each year.

The most common reasons for duty are:

  • Benefits in kind or in kind more than € 410
  • Pay cover with tax class 6
  • Tax class 5 or 4 with factor and wage.
  • Real contributions to the KV/PV below the minimum provision package

The basic obligation to issue the tax return iSd §§46 EStG and 56 EStDV is as follows:

  • Benefits over 410€ (parent money, short-time work, sick pay etc pp.)
  • Earnings without tax deduction over 410€
  • Job in tax class 6
  • Precautionary allowance higher than actual values (Occupied people like to tap into this case
  • If tax class combination 3/5 and both pay receive
  • If allowances are entered in the ElStAM
  • if you have applied so-called fifth rule (disclosures)
  • When marriage ends and a new one is closed in the same year
  • there is a loss report
  • capital income without tax deduction
  • There is a call from the tax office

No, not only because you did one in 2020.

As an employee with tax class 1, without further income or compensation, such as sickness benefit or unemployment benefit, one is not obliged to make an income tax declaration. It is usually useful but already

You are not obliged to make an income tax statement if you only refer to wage tax class I. That you made a statement last year doesn’t matter at all; this is an ammen fairy that makes the round when you first made an explanation, you have to leave one again and again.

You don’t have to, because the tax office gets informed about your income. But I’m sure you’d get something back if you made a tax return. Advertising costs, insurances, trips to the workplace, handicraft calculations.

Are you married? Do you have any side income? Didn’t you take into account all you can do? Otherwise this can not happen after the new table.

had they been paying?

but that speaks for any reason that you are obligated to be here. Who did you let that happen to? Is the person qualified and something was said to be a possible duty?

There is something similar. And a tax program from the discounter with tax return form does it too. After-payment for leute with tax class 1 actually only occurs if they don’t work all year or somehow get social money.

Did you last year have short-time work/unemployed money/sick money etc. over 410 €?

Do you pay less than €1,900 per year to health insurance and care insurance contributions?

Elster form is no longer available since 2020.

Then it’s very unlikely that you don’t have to get anything back or even repay. Just put your data in a control program or download the Elster form.

No, you don’t.

Income tax returns must only be made if one of the conditions laid down in the law is fulfilled or if one is asked to do so by the tax office.

There is no reason to have delivered a tax return in previous years.

Actually, it’s going to appreciate you and you don’t want to. They value your salary in principle higher than it is so that you definitely have to repay horrently. Once you have made a tax return, you have to make it every year. How do I know

Wrong. The one-time delivery of a tax return results No Duty to pay for the following years

the tax office estimates the DEFINITV salary no higher than it was because the numbers are transferred by the employer!

and from pure arbitrariness HÖHER estimates is prohibited from the tax office

Yeah, you have to. And it would be stupid not to do it. For otherwise you will be punished and appreciated to your unfaithful. And everyone gets something back!

Why would he have to do that if he only has income from non-similar work and is single?

funny:

Then why is there a call for repayment?

You can get rid of your regular table right there.

on a platform where advice is asked to spread false information is extremely dangerous!

I do not need, but I simply read § 46 EStG.

my parents have always given a tax return. Dad died in 1998. since: No charge!

In your opinion, my mother should already have estimates and fines in the five-digit sector!

How about you look into the income tax law? In Section 46, you will find when someone who mainly receives income from non-compulsory work is obliged to submit an income tax statement.

As an employee, you are only obliged to make a tax return under certain conditions. (e.g. LSt Class Change)

Only if you have income from two different types of income, you are obliged.
