Do I have to refund money?

Good day

I sold a used car on the internet and described everything that was broken.

The side window is down and won't go up anymore. I also wrote "fl" on it so there's no misunderstanding, telling people to come by and take a look. I sold it very cheaply for this reason.

Someone bought it and didn't come by to look at it. I checked the window again, and it creaks a little when I try to open it, but it still doesn't open. I'm worried it might have broken a little at the bottom. Do I have to repair it? Or give him my money back if it's really broken? I mean, it cost 1,500 and is really old, and I wrote him to come over.

Without the window, this car is still worth about 2400. If I have to repair it, I'll be seriously out of business…

The side window is down and no longer comes up.

This should be noticed even a layman before buying. You don’t have to reimburse anything if you have proof that the buyer knew about the defective window lifter.

If all defects have been expressly mentioned. Z.b. Disk does not go high ( passenger ) and the buyer knows about it will be his problem as there is no hidden deficiency. He is informed by the description and must know. What else would be if you didn’t point it out.

if it was in your ad, I wouldn’t do anything. Buyer should have known.
