Muss ich Fußgängern Vorrang gewähren, wenn ich einer Abknickenden Vorfahrtsstraße folge?

In principle, pedestrians must wait if they want to cross the road.

Who walks, has roads
having regard to vehicle traffic quickly on the shortest path transverse to the direction of travel. If the traffic density, travel speed, visibility or traffic flow requires, a roadway is to be crossed only at intersections or openings, at light-sign systems within markings, on pedestrian crossing aids or on pedestrian crossings (signs 293). If the roadway is crossed at intersections or openings, pedestrian crossings or markings on light-sign systems are always to be used there. |
§ 25 Paragraph 3 StVO

However, this does not apply when bending.

If you want to turn off, you have to let go of vehicles arriving, rail vehicles, bicycles with auxiliary motor, bicycles and small electric vehicles, even if you drive on or next to the road in the same direction. This also applies to buses and other vehicles that use marked special lanes.
On foot walking is special consideration; if necessary, wait. |
§ 9(3) sentence 3 StVO

The kinking front road is a mixture of both, because one bends on the one hand, but follows the front road.

However, it is so that the entrance from the various openings applies only to the vehicles and not to pedestrians. For pedestrians it is therefore irrelevant what kind of crossroads it is.

To the sign “Current of the roadway” or “Climbing roadway” (Figure 1002) the following is regulated:

Special consideration must be given to pedestrian traffic. If necessary, you have to wait. |
Appendix 3 No 2.1, No 2 StVO

Pedestrians have priority over bending vehicles if they want to cross the road “even out” and parallel to the bending vehicle – even if the vehicle is on a roadway.

Thus, the cyclist is right in the video. Relevant is that the vehicle bends.

All right, but a little note.

If you follow the course of a buckling driveway, you will change your direction of travel and have to flash. It is, however, not a turn right.

On the other hand, if you drive straight ahead on a bending road, you do not change your direction of travel and therefore do not have to flash. In this case, however, it is a turn right.

See the three judgments in the first answer here.

That was true 25 years ago, but it has changed by now.

Very interesting, thank you! Then my reason for bending would be wrong here, although it is nevertheless correct in accordance with the regulation on the additional sign.

Exactly, § 9 StVO is irrelevant, but Appendix 3 No. 2.1 StVO, which actually says the same, is the decisive norm.

That’s right. The cyclist in the video is right.

I thought I had pedestrians as well as getting there when there is zebra strip or transition.

Wrong!

You only have to stand with a zebra strip if a pedestrian wants to go over, otherwise not

Also when bending.
