I got my rubber bands today, but I can't remember exactly whether I have to wear them at night too. I just tried it, but it's impossible to keep the rubber bands on with the removable braces, or is there a trick?

Elastics are always worn at night, often even during the day.
Where’s the problem they don’t stick to? Why have it worked so far and suddenly no longer at night?
