Depending on that. I don’t know the Novum Verlag very well. If it’s a self-publisher then you pay for any book you print and if it’s a normal publisher it’s free for you, but if the book appears on the market, then the publisher gets something from the profit. In a normal publishing house, you have to send the manuscript and expect them to not print the book.

A serious publisher never asks for money from you! Remember that! They get rights to your book in return. This Novum publisher is Fake that I can say from my own experience. You better leave your fingers off.
