Muss ich als Model ein Gewerbe anmelden?
Hallo ihr lieben . Ich arbeite seit kurzem als Model und hatte schon 2-3 Aufträge , wo ich jeweils 100€ bekommen habe . Nicht viel Geld. Diese Aufträge liefen über meine Agentur die auch die Rechnungen geschrieben hat . Ich wurde nochmal gebucht aber dieses mal nicht über meine Agentur . Der Auftraggeber hat mir ein Vertrag geschickt wo halt die Rechnung steht mit Vergütung und so .
Meine Frage ist muss ich mich als selbständige jetzt anmelden ?
Mir wurde gesagt unter 2000€ zahlt man keine Steuern und man braucht sich nicht als selbständige anmelden .?
Kennt sich jemand damit aus und kann wer mir hier entgegenkommen ? 🙂

Yes. Once you’re “commercially active”, you’ll have to register a business. And you are active in business when you pursue an economic activity which
(a) to be exercised. Even if you don’t deserve anything or make a loss with it. Unless the legislator accepts your activity as a freelance activity, which is not the case for models.

If you are working on your own name and on your own account, you are an independent entrepreneur and must, of course, register a business.
Never give anything to what people say in life. That’s bullshit. Commerciality is achieved by the winnerDate does not define by actual merit.
If it stays at one time, then you don’t have to register a business. Taxes may have to be paid anyway. How did this have been accurately charged with the agency before? You might have had to register a business.
