You don’t have to specify anything if You want to have the package. This is always expected when you are active.

It is always worth when You have a distance of a few kilometers to make the effort to calculate what is cheaper.

So rough, the package has just been increased to 1200,- you need five kilometers to equalize.Of course, it depends on whether you have a five or six days week, or no longer sick.

If you have more than five kilometers, the mileage is better.

Tip: If you take a longer working path,as possible, then You will always specify the longer distance if this is more economical.

So a trip via a road or motorway is more economical than to drive through a big city or via a national road.

Sometimes offices turn on and send You have a marked map.You don’t have to let yourself in.There are clear judgements from financial courts about it.

No, you’re not over €1,200 yet with 6 kilometers:

6 km * 230 working days * 0.30 €/km = 414 €

You need at least 18 kilometers so that the distance package is better than the advertising cost package amount:

17 km * 230 days * 0,30 €/km = 1.173 € < 1,200 €
18 km * 230 days * 0,30 €/km = 1,242 € > 1,200 €

Again a lot of ignorance

Basically, you don’t have to give anything, so much is right here.

However, if you want to specify advertising costs, which can be quite reasonable, because this looks as follows:

The distance allowance shall be indicated for each day you have visited the first place of activity. Says you’re going to the company in the morning, you’re going to give this line.

In addition, there may be additional catering expenses and travel expenses in the event of outward activity.

VMA is available for every day you are longer than 8h away from home and not at the first place of work, so at the construction site. In this case, the fee is 14 per day. For this it is irrelevant whether you are going to the company in the morning and then to the construction site, the 8h absence is important here.

If you travel directly to the construction site in the morning (same) the actual kilometers are to be set at 0.30€ (or the actual costs, if they can be detected)

So construction workers are transported by collective transport by the employer. You don’t get anything.

This is incorrect. The path to the workstation or the collection site shall be indicated regularly. In the case of changing places of use, a flat-rate may come into question.Especially in construction occupations with long driving times, the period of absence is in question. If this is regularly over 12 hours, it is worth proof. What one has, that one has.

You’re talking about the “batch allowances for extra expenses for catering”. There have been only over 8 hours for a few years and over 24 hours. The 12 no longer. Of course, he should specify them, the tax-free 4.09 euros must be offset. From 1.1. there are 6 to 8 euros depending on the distance.

When specifying the path between the apartment and the first place of activity/collection point, it must of course indicate where it is picked up. In most cases, however, this is the case with construction workers in front of the front door, if necessary he can leave the company seat as a gathering point. However, this is not worthwhile until it exceeds the 21 Km at the collection point.

This is true only when the employer collects the workers at the place of residence. But even then, it gives the AN amount of advertising costs.
