Hello Elias,

if the wisdom tooth is not pulled, a constriction is created in the jaw and the other teeth will have to escape. This can create a lot of disorders that would then have to be directed orthodontic or you’re running around like that.

Good luck!

I’m not a doctor, but for me, the X-ray image looks like the whiteness tooth would be sloping under the other tooth.
If that’s true, he could squeeze the root of the other tooth or push the other tooth completely away.
This can lead to inflammation and pain.

The X-ray picture looks special. But the upper whiteness tooth must be pulled in any case, because it presses against the 17s…

In addition, you have some holes that you need to be treated.

I see that, but under it it is very black, it indicates a caries.

He pushes the other tooth away. This can cause great pain and move the bite,

There’s too little room. If he continues to grow out, this can lead to clear complaints and especially push your teeth very unsightly together.

Alternatively, it may be possible to remove the patched tooth lying ahead. Often the whiteness tooth slips into the gap gratefully.

If he does trouble, you should remove him.

How often did a dentist ask me: Should I draw the wisdom teeth?

No!

If there is no real medical emergency, it mainly serves the income of the dentist.

And so I still live happy with my wisdom teeth as Ü70!
