Muss der Arbeitgeber wegen Facharzt Termin freistellen?

Und zwar habe ich heute für Donnerstag ein Termin bekommen (der nächste wäre erst im Oktober frei).

Da es mir auch nicht gut geht… wäre ein Freistellung für den Tag vom Arbeitgeber möglich.

Ich denke der würde so kurzfristig verneinen, da derzeit fast alle Urlaub haben.

No, the employer is not obliged to release, appointments are to be set so that they are outside the working hours. But it helps the employer simply to join and talk about it. Experience has shown that good communication can achieve more.

Why do you have to be released a whole day? Do you have an intervention or something? Then you’d get an AU.

If it’s just a conversation, you go and ask after the examination after an employer’s certificate and go to work for the rest of the day.

Then the employer will not expose you, but you will get an AU from the doctor. I would, of course, tell the employer before, depending on the job you need a representation or something.
