Upload music as podcasts to Spotify?

I uploaded a few songs that are not on Spotify as a podcast, and after about 30 minutes Spotify discovered and immediately removed them because it violates the guidelines

I don't want to make money with it, I just want to have the songs on Spotify

I just don't understand how others do it. There are songs in there that have been listened to a lot, but they still remain, and they are also from private individuals who don't have the rights to the music.

This has been around for ages, and the title even says "I learn how to put podcasts on spotify again"
