Muscheln im Handgepäck?
Hallöchen.
Ich fliege morgen mit der Fluggesellschaft Volotea aus Frankreich (Bordeaux) zurück nach Deutschland. Ich habe mir ein paar Muscheln vom Strand mitgenommen, ca. 10-15 Stück, es sind relativ kleine Muscheln nur ein größeres abgebrochenes Stück einer Auster ist dabei. Ich habe nur Handgepäck dabei und würde gerne wissen, ob ich diese in Küchentücher eingewickelt und in einer verschließbaren Tüte mitnehmen darf?? Die Antwort bräuchte ich spätestens bis morgen,

You need to know if it is allowed in France to take shells from the beach to the house in another country. Because this is always the most dangerous point that in many countries it is not possible to take with it (just like bricks, sand etc.).
Next problem would be if you were allowed to bring mussels from France to Germany.
Don’t think that there are some problems for France now, but I’d rather go for a second.
Otherwise, in the safety control and in the flyer, no one cares if you’re messing with it. It does not matter in which baggage and whether in a bag, box or loose in the case 🙂
What can happen?
1) They break.
2) You can’t take her and throw her away. (What I don’t believe)
I’d get a cheap plastic vessel to put them up in it.
What does the airline do? There can be problems with customs.
