mündliche Prüfung, Angst?

Hey, morgen findet bei mir eine mündliche Prüfung statt und ich leide unter starker Prüfungsangst. Mein Problem ist, dass meine Stimme versagt, wenn ich zu nervös/gestresst bin. Kann man dagegen etwas tun? LG und danke

Before eating enough, just before you breathe grape sugar and deep (that really brings a lot because your brain is better supplied with oxygen). And prepare yourself well so you feel safer. And don’t make you so much stress, the examiners are also just people and can understand your situation well and maybe help you.

Depending on what this is for an exam makes memorizing sense. Then you’re even safer. Or do a simulation with anyone
