MTB trail?

Hello,

I was recently looking for an old trail in the town where I live because I heard there used to be one.

I found this trail, too. However, only one step-up jump is rideable. The rest is overgrown with blackberries, which can destroy a trail like this in about a year.

Now I've given it some thought and have decided that I'd like to—let's say—renovate this trail. Unfortunately, I don't have any information on the person who owns the forest.

What should I do now?
