MSI Leopard gaming laptop screen flickering?

Hello, I'm slowly getting desperate

As soon as I'm in a game the screen flickers, it goes black then back to normal, this goes on continuously

I reinstalled all drivers and tried all the ideas I could find on YouTube

Virus scan in safe mode, graphics card driver completely uninstalled and reinstalled, userbanschmark run through without errors, furmark was also no problem, even over 80 crad 3d mark says there has been a problem and it aborts

And as soon as I open any game, nothing works anymore
