MSI cancellation email?
Hey guys, I recently bought a laptop from MSI. Unfortunately, it's not at all what I expected. I want to cancel my purchase now, but MSI is making it extremely difficult to find the correct email address. The cancellation page simply says this:
I would be really happy if someone could help me here
From then on it's clear: Never again MSI!

Did you really order the laptop directly from MSI?
I thought they only sold spare parts directly to end customers.
For laptops, I am referred to other retailers.
You have probably received an order confirmation from the retailer via email.
You must contact this retailer; Their cancellation policy is usually included in the appendix.
Yes, I have it in the cancellation policy, but it says that it can only be done by email and then only to an email address with the explicit note that this is only for the spare part.

There is no email address for cancellation on either site. I've already searched through them completely.
That's why you always go to your dealer and return it there, the dealer does the rest.
For example, I have always had MSI motherboards and never had any problems.
But where you don't see anything, you make something… what…..
10 seconds of googling and you would have had your answer.
Yeah, I've pretty much scoured the entire site. If you find the email before tomorrow, I'll send you €2 via PayPal. That's a good hourly wager for 10 seconds, right? 😉
