MPU due to long-term medication?
Hello Community,
I'm sure there are tons of questions about this. However, this one is a bit more specific.
I received an MPU decision for THC in traffic. After a few phone calls and letters, it was changed to a medical report for medicinal cannabis.
Report submitted, all in all positive.
• Illness does not affect driving ability.
• All regulations and requirements for driving suitability complied with.
• And another 4 out of 7 questions asked by the driving license authority were answered with positive answers by the doctor who examined them.
• Now comes the 7th answer/comment.
*"Due to the long-term medication with cannabis, an additional assessment of psychophysical performance is indicated within the framework of a psychological performance test."*
Now I have to take an MPU because of long-term medication with cannabis.
The question that arises is: Can I include the previously submitted medical report in the medical section (1 of 3) instead of retelling everything? I have the same doctor who provided the report.
The performance-oriented part (reaction test) and the psychological part are different topics.
Thank you in advance for the numerous and strong answers.
