Mpu (unerlaubtes Entfernen)?
The rules for the arrangement of an MPU allow a certain margin of assessment. And authorities do not always decide correctly (see here).
If you feel that the MPU is unjustified, you are free to go against it or get an attorney’s advice.
The arrangement of an MPU is a pure administrative act and, on the other hand, no reclaim can be made.
not against the MPU itself, however, because it is not an administrative act.
However, the decision following the MPU arrangement (e.g. withdrawal of the driving licence) can be taken. And within the scope of this, the MPU can also be checked.
The withdrawal of the driving licence was just one example. A dismissing decision on the request for the re-issue of a driving licence would be another challenge.
It is crucial that the MPU follows a decision of the driving licence authority and that this decision can be taken.
Sorry, the MPU is ordered, not requested. The rest
completely incorrect, the driving licence is not withdrawn due to negative MPU, but the MPU is requested upon re-application of the driving licence. Please read my complete answer to the question
The idea behind this is that you might have just moved away with a personal injury.
The MPU should turn you completely to the left, so that you always stay on site in future accidents.
See, for example, here:

Yes, as I said, was in a parking car without people. Otherwise it would definitely be understandable
As I said, this is the thought. “Whoever flees the next time…”
That you have to do a MPU right now because of such a mistake is strange. On the other hand, driver flight is a serious thing. The driving licence authority seems to want to make sure that you will be able to participate in road traffic in the future. Or have you ever spoken on the cover?
Nop, first criminal offence. Can this be at the trial time?
If it’s your first offense, it really is.
You (and some who responded to your question) bring something together: The order will be:
1) Criminal proceedings with the result x daily rates, withdrawal of the driving licence and lock for redistribution
2) After expiry of the blocking period, re-application of the driving licence
3) Driving permit authority orders MPU
4a) MPU positive = new driving licence
4b) MPU negative = further without driving licence
The court does not order MPU, only the FEB if you reapply the driving licence at the end of the blocking period
A MPU can be arranged in the case of a driver flight.
