Mozzarella war vor dem MHD verdorben , kann man das Geld zurückbekommen?
Ich habe 3 Mozzarella die am 26.9. Ablaufen und zu waren . Ich hab gestern eins aufgemacht und es war verdorben obwohl ich es gut gekühlt aufbewahrt habe im Kühlschrank.
2 sind noch zu . Eins ist extrem aufgeblasen da weiss ich es wird auch verdorben sein . Eins müffelt schon so durch die Verpackung hindurch obwohl noch zu .
Vor zwei Monaten habe ich von der selben Marke Hüttenkäse gekauft auch vor MHD verdorben trotz zu und gut gekühlt und sogar mit roten Bakterien. Da hat Lidl mir das Geld zurück gegeben .
Wie mache ich das jetzt mit dem Mozzarella??? Soll ich mit dem offenen verdorbenen Produkt dahin plus die beiden noch geschlossenen ? Mir wäre das so unangenehm. Aber ich habe doch Recht auf ein einwandfreies Produkt ?

Yes with me it has always been with Lidl I never buy anything from the milbona brand again. But should I just go there with the two closed spoiled packs or with the one open?
