Moving to Birmingham?

So, hello everyone!

I have two questions:

What requirements must one meet to move from Austria to Birmingham? Do I have to work there before moving in? How much money do I need to have before hand, or how high does my income need to be? Is it easier to move in with an EU passport, or is it possible without one?

And if you're under police surveillance for a certain period of time but don't commit any further crimes (it's nothing serious), can you just move away if you want? Or do you have to wait three years of surveillance before you can leave? I'm staying in Europe anyway.

Thanks y'all๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿป

At the bottom, you need a job visa – i.e. you need a job offer. And not just some job offer, but one for the most sought-after areas (Overview page for Visa gives more insight into what is going on or not. Waiters or something, for example, does not fall below it.

Whether EU or not is now irrelevant.

And this with the police depends on why you're being watched. "I remain in Europe" is not an argument, for example, if there is a ban on leaving. If this is the case, you can only know.

Since UK has been coming from the EU, you need a work visa and that will be linked to a workstation. Try asylum;

EU passport

GB has nothing to do with the EU.

You need the appropriate visas. That's some Hunnies.

I'll stay in Europe anyway.

But you don't stay in the Schengen area. What this has to do is ask your parole officer.
