Move PC software and files?

Hello everyone

I'm a bit out of touch with the topic.

I bought a 2TB M2 SSD and a 10TB HDD.

Wanted to make space in the case and files.

Two questions

Can I move or copy all files from the two HDDs to one HDD?

Specifying the file path for downloads, for example Steam and Co, is not an issue and is well known.

Second question

BBS (Is it best to reinstall the operating system on the M2 or move it as well?)

Many people talk about a clean installation by reinstalling it!

What are your experiences?

Greetings and thanks in advance

if you have a completely new hard drive is a reinstall often more absurd as a copy unfortunately often proves mistakes, yet can try it and make a real copy because there are leads

That was the case ten years ago.

Hdd is far slower for games, the SSD would be more absurd, with videos, images and lyrics.
