Mottorad überführen?
Hallo
Ich will mein mottorad am Wochenende abholen. Das Problem das ich (ich & mein Vater) nicht mit einem Anhänger fahren können. Jetzt habe ich halt überlegt einfach von dem Verkäufer zu mir zu fahren mit dem mottorad. Aber der Verkäufer sagt das er das nicht machen will weil er Angst hat das ich einen Unfall baue und das er dann den Stress hat. Meine Frage wäre ob man vertraglich irgendwie festmachen kann das egal was passiert bei dem Überführung das ich die Kosten dafür trage

The problem is that the motorcycle currently does not have your own control shield, and therefore the insurance seller can be held liable. Why don’t you just drop an insurance quickly, get the control sign, take it to the seller and screw it there, and then you’re going home?
Disclaimer of liability is not possible so easily, and in principle the seller’s insurance is liable as long as its old control plate is still attached.
Alternatively, you can also order a company to let the motorcycle pick up at the buyer with a trailer. Towing services and perhaps some garages offer this, but it is not free :).
