Scooter rear wheel turns without power?

Hello everyone,

I bought a used scooter a few days ago and so far it has been running perfectly without any problems.

But today when I wanted to ride it the rear wheel turned on the main stand and even when I sat on the scooter it continued to turn without me accelerating.

Even the brakes are unable to stop the scooter because the wheel is constantly turning.

Unfortunately, it doesn't accelerate anymore and only goes 15-20 km/h. That means when I accelerate, it doesn't go any faster.

What could be the cause? Any suggestions, please?

Would you like to make a statement for each common model or do you think it would be useful to name model, year of construction, engine capacity?
