Hallo zusammen, ich habe heute meine Motorradkette vernietet allerdings ist mir von meinem Nietschloss eine Hohlniete gerissen (Bild 1)
meine Fragen:
Reicht die Vernietung aus?
Es hält und die Lasche liegt auch parallel zur gegenüberliegende.
Sollte ich besser ein neues Schloss bestellen und es erneut vernieten?

Habe 2700€ hinblättern müssen. Gleich beim ersten Mal bestanden. Mir wurde sogar angeblich noch Rabatt einberechnet und jede Fahrstunde abgerundet auf die kleinere Zehnerstelle. (45€ – 40€) Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, wieso so viel Geld am Ende berechnet wurde.
I would order a new chain lock and keep an eye on it for so long.
The chain is definitely the wrong place to save.
I’d just take a regular look at whether it’s changed.
It’s a bit stupid that it’s torn in. But I don’t see a problem like others. You don’t get those snails so riveted that you don’t get one on your head.
Can you imagine what forces are on the chain?
You save at the wrong end or have pre-programmed the next defect….
Never save on chain, shock absorbers, brakes and tires! The scraping of the chain can lead to blocking of the rear wheel. That in a curve and bye…
