Vorweg, mein Bike hat wegen diverser Umbauten eine Einzelbetriebserlaubnis …. Sprich alles muss eingetragen werden trotz ABE EG-BE oder sonstigem ..
Was kommt kostentechnisch da auf mich zu , also müssen die an der Prüfstelle Lautstärke- oder Abgasmessungen machen? Oder lediglich die Nummer ablesen, Legalität bestätigen und das Teil eintragen?
Wo wir beim nächsten Punkt wären… Im Fahrzeugschein steht drin dass mein Moped 90 DBA Standgeräusch hat… Wird die Zahl dann angepasst wegen dem neuen Auspuff oder darf der neue Auspuff diese Zahl (5dba Toleranz von der Polizei) also 95Dba nicht überschreiten?

Ahh damn, the Hurric will be much louder than the standard exhaust, how can he be legal? So the 90db are not related to the standard exhaust? Is the maximum permissible volume? I’m sorry, I don’t have a reference, so the standard has exhaust 90db or not? Don’t laugh at me
