Ich habe vor die Soziusrasten an meinem Motorrad abzubauen. Nun stellt sich mir die Frage, muss ich auch eine Sozuisabdeckung drauf haben um diese Legal zu demontieren oder kann der Sitz drauf belien. Vorrausgesetzt es fährt keiner mit :D.

In your vehicle registration, it is very likely that two people can drive on the machine.

If your vehicle license says that your machine is approved for the socius operation, then the “maybe you must change to the TÜV” to a “you must definitely go to the TÜV”

Channel’s right. The motorcycle is approved for 2 persons. If you’re building them back, the license no longer applies. You have to go to the TÜV. I did this at my time so that in field 22 stood: number of seats: 1 with mounted footrests behind. So you have the opportunity to show yourself with a sozia when growing. You don’t have to change the seat.
And if you build the third row of seats at a seven-seater, do you have to go to the TÜV?

No one can sit there. If you drive to HU, you usually have to clean all seats. There’s no one on the bike without a footrest.
From my own experience: I had made the back footrests of my Harley because I only had a solo seat on it. Comment from TÜV : I’m pressing an eye, normally this should be entered now.
