Motorrad ohne DB-Killer im Stand Polizei?

Am frühen Morgen hat die Polizei bei mir geklingelt und meinte ich solle meinen DB Killer bitte wieder reintun ( es soll eine Nachbarin angerufen haben) .

Ich wurde aber nicht während des Fahrens kontrolliert, sondern es stand einfach nur draußen auf der Straße rum, aber an diesem Tag bin ich nicht gefahren. Sie stand nur rum ohne DB Killer da ich sie rausgenommen hab um den Auspuff gründlich zu säubern.

Muss ich dennoch eine Mahngebühr zahlen?

if it is public, it must comply with the STVZO.

You know, I’ve got a bullet, too, because the Tüv was running at the moped. The thing stood next to the house (public reason) under a plan with a visible sign.

Bullshit! I’ll take the exhaust off too + DB eater when I clean it, as he meant the car.
