Basically, this always depends on how to tune whether only the ECU gets an update or also the exhaust, crankshaft, air filter, injection nozzles, weight, maybe even cylinder head

What the bullshit. Legal is what stands in the driving show.

Everything else is a single registration at the TÜV for several 10,000€

Have you upgraded wheels, tire suspension, shock absorbers and brakes exhaust and silencers to the stronger performance?

Do you have an opinion from the manufacturer that the frame and all the above described is authorized for the higher load?

The TÜV will laugh at you. In which class should your mo (whatever) torad be logged in. And what driver will you need for that?
