Motorcyclists, which part of the ABE should I take with me?
Hello,
My workshop kindly informed me that my handlebar is not an original part and is not registered in the vehicle registration document, and that I therefore have to carry the ABE with me.
The TÜV hasn't been interested in that for the last four years, but you never know.
I've now found the ABE on the Internet, but it's 32 pages long.
Does anyone know which part I need to carry?
32 pages seems a bit much to me..

Thank you for answers!
I would download the first 3 pages and pack the rest as pdf on the smartphone. I think that’s enough. Better, of course, would always be an original ABE.
In my knowledge, it is not enough to carry ABE on the mobile phone in a “exercise” control. I guess there’s always got to be a whole paper with you.
I once had other blinkers (these little fuzzy things) there I did this as described and there were no problems. But, of course, I don’t want to spread a stupid toe.
In most controls, that should be enough, I give you absolutely right! I’ve just researched a little more precisely, and I’m quoting the first police commissioner of police officer Schwaben Süd/West: “The reason for showing the originals is simply the evidence. With today’s means it is also possible for the layman to produce scans of the documents and then to change entries there. While this can often be seen on a piece of paper, in electronic illustrations it will be a challenge for specialists.”
There someone in a forum also asked the question, which turned directly to the race management. I think, however, that most officials also tolerate exposure to the mobile phone if the image/scan is clearly recognizable.
Hi.
Unfortunately, it is so that you have to carry the entire ABE, so all 32 pages. There are probably also the data from other vehicles inside, which is why you are most likely to highlight the page(s) where the data from your vehicle are.
Hope I could help you!
