I'm talking about the sw 250 r with a seat height of 940mm.
Could someone tell me approximately how tall the driver would have to be?

250 speaks for terrain 94cm is also the normal height of the manufacturers.

So my bike is 810mm and I fit perfectly with 178cm. I could imagine that you have to be at least 180 at 940mm.
