Motorcycle gearbox bangs when accelerating and decelerating?
Hey, recently my gearbox on my CBR125R has been banging when I take my foot off the gas and then let the engine brake or when I accelerate off quickly. It's not a bang from the exhaust, it's like when you shift into first gear. Please help, thanks!
Chain tension correct? Would also tap Skip the drive chain at the moment.
Or maybe make a video of it or at least record the sound so that you can get a picture.
The chain tension fits, it becomes difficult, because it only happens with inserted gear.
I correct the chain is very loose I’ll pull it and then report again.
have the chain tensioned approx. 3.5cm game and at least on the small hofprobe ride was no klacken anymore
Make the chain game only not too tight, so you can ruin both the plug axis and the transmission shaft. The chain game wants to be set correctly – it needs a little something as a reserve for springing in.
If you want to have it absolutely precise – pull the rear wheel into the spring with a tension belt until the pinion axis, swing axis and plug axis are on a straight line and adjust it in this position without play.
On the left, take off the lid where the drive pinion is and see what it looks like. Whether the teeth are still IO.
Check if drive pinion and chainring are still good!
If the worn-out is ratcheted the chain over the teeth and that sounds like the gear.
Or your drawing wedge from the trim is imprecisely set (locker has become), as there is a motor-specific adjustment screw for in the left part of the motor housing!
Google for an explossion kit of your engine and see where it is.
thanks to many!
This is a Japanese precision motor wheel, which of course does not have a pulling wedge gear, but a claw gear.
Okay, sorry. Thought Huan Sengh had built the engines on order for this series that had drawing wedge. But I’m guessing this might be the claws round!? But want to make the horses crazy, the chain tension can be good, but an almost round sprocket makes these sounds as the chain slips over.
Hey I also have the cbr125r jc50 and exactly the same problem if someone knows the answer please divorce
