Is the motor of your new e-bike making noise?

Hello folks.

I bought a new e-bike with a built-in rear wheel motor from AEG. When I ride with the motor switched off, the e-bike makes no noise, and when the motor is switched on, for example on Eko, it doesn't make any noise either. From level 1 onwards it makes a very quiet creaking noise, but from level 2 onwards, regardless of the gear I'm in, the motor makes loud creaking noises the whole time. It makes you afraid to keep riding. What's strange is that when I lift the rear wheel and set the motor to the highest level and move the pedals with my hand, there is no noise. What could it be? The battery is fully charged.
