Motor läuft nur auf 2 Zylindern?
Moin. Hab ein großes Problem vielleicht kennt sich ja jemand aus. Hab mein kabelbaum sozusagen versucht zu reparieren. Angemacht und aufeinmal lief das Auto nur auf 2 Zylindern. Da sind 4 Stecker. Für jedes Zündkabel wo man auf die Zündkerze steckt, einen. Hab 2 abgesteckt und der Motor macht Nix. Läuft trotzdem weiter. Dann weiß ich jetzt schonmal welche das sind. Hab dann alle Zündkabel mal raus und jedes Kabel mit einer Zündkerze geprüft. Nicht mit 4 verschiedenen sondern nur mit einer. Immer eins und dann das nächste. Überall kommt ein zündfunke. Bedeutet dass schonmal Strom da ist. Komisch ist nur, dass wenn ich alles wieder zusammenbaue, dass der Motor wieder nur auf 2 Zylindern läuft…. Wieso? Was könnte das sein. Zündkerzen kaputt? Denke ich nicht weil ein paar Stunden vorher lief er ja noch normal auf 4. Also wieso sollten jetzt plötzlich 2 Zündkerzen kaputt sein.

Wäre nett falls jemand vielleicht eine Idee hat was das sein könnte. Jedes Kabel macht ein zündfunken (aber nur bei einer Zündkerze also habe alle mit der selben geprüft)

Switch the spark plugs across and see if the fault is moving along.
also do not check the ignition coils that there has been a short circuit.
Was the harness new or used? Not that the one has a defect.
I built it myself. Taken an old place where all the cables were insulated and turned to the old one. It’s electricity and everything. What are you talking about? Could theoretically replace the 2 plugs for which the cylinder works simply with those that do not work. Then I see if the other 2 cylinders also run and see if the spark plugs work for it. Right? Or do I have to cross the spark plugs?
Z.B. Cylinder 1&2 does not go
then take the candles of 1&2 and exchange them with those of 3&4
Try this with the ignition coil and the transverse exchange
if the mistake migrates to another cylinder it is the candles then I would get 4 new.
to make it short:
swap the spools at once and see if the bug migrates if not you do the same with the candles
if the errors do not migrate there is another defect.
But if everything worked before and electricity there is probably a short circuit.
There can be a lot of passing cables, etc. Or you gave a shot to a control unit then it will be expensive

Well. All 4 ignition cables work. Then why are there two cylinders? The second and the fourth.
