Morgen zum Arzt wg. Blutabnehmen?
Walking would also be good, for example. About 2 – 3 times a week for 45 minutes or longer. Just a good shoe like Brooks would be important. In the beginning, 2 times a week would be good; oxygen supply and fat burning will be better. In the studio there are 12 – 15 repetitions in the exercises good; for tightening and for more stamina.
Hello Nadine97516, 👋
that is good, because overweight and
too little movement along with
unhealthy diet the main causes
for type 2 diabetes. Through your genetics
Disposition is the risk even higher.
Yes, you can also in everyday life and at home
move much more. Increased movement
the insulin sensitivity enormous.
From a bit more chocolate from
yesterday will be your sober BZ tomorrow morning
not worse. It is very important that
tomorrow morning at the time
are. So 10 hours ago nothing eaten
and drank… except water.
A bit of chocolate also changes
not your HbA1c.
Btw:
The blood sugar not only rises from sugar, or
Sweets, but by ALL! carbohydrates.
So also of bread, rolls, noodles, rice,
Potatoes, fruit, pizza, etc….

I just ate a little chocolate bar that now has a negative effect on the results for tomorrow?
No.
The long-term sugar is determined, since yesterday the chocolate does not calculate. The HbA1 shows about 3 months.
Just drop blood and wait for the result. If you have diabetes, it’s not bad because it’s good to treat. The most important is to pay attention to the diet and a lot of exercise. You started it. I wish you all the best!
You don’t have to give a doctor good values.
He only looks if and if yes, what has to be recommended.
The values are not evaluating but a basis for decision
They’ll be as usual if you didn’t lose weight. 30 minutes stepper are 1/2 snickers… so counting calories is more effective.
Until tomorrow morning, the chocolate you ate yesterday has no influence on your blood sugar level.
Just because you’ve eaten worse, your values won’t get worse.
