Moped throttle?

Hello

I have a 50cc Sym scooter. It's electronically restricted to 25 rpm via the throttle and the ring. What happens if I remove the electronic throttle but leave the ring on? Will I still only go 25 rpm, or will I go a little faster?

Thanks for all answers in advance

As different as the vehicles are, as different is the way in which they are throttled so that they comply with the requirements and receive an operating permit.

In practice, this means that only through the interplay of all components for throttling the operating permit exists and remains preserved.

It goes without saying that the throttling can be completely or partially removed, but if only a part is removed or changed, the permit expires.

Then you can only drive on his pacified possession, which hopefully is great enough for the rides not to be boring….

If you drive in the public transport area without the licence, i.e. in the StVO area, this is a driving without a licence, probably in fact a driving without a driving licence.

In the event of an accident, you make yourself regressive in relation to its insurance, risking that the Authority will check whether you are able to participate in road traffic at all, which is then established by a MPU.

The MPU, certainly not without reason, is also referred to as “idiot test”….

But everyone is responsible for themselves and should therefore know what he does.
