Moped testing hall?

Hello, I have to go to the testing hall because someone took the board away from me and the stand doesn't go up by itself. Is this a serious or a minor defect because I don't think you can get through with a serious defect. Can anyone help me?

Yes, that with the stand is a serious deficiency.

Either he has to fold himself in or the engine must start when a gear is engaged when the stand is folded out
