Correct answers were given to vehicles with KTA approval from the GDR.

You don’t write anything about what a moped is.

Here in our region, people go to DEKRA in such a case and let them take full action and then leave the approval authority to grant the licence (approx. 200 EUR)

First, get a certificate of safety from the police, so that they can apply to the road traffic office and new papers. Up to 150€.

Unfortunately, it won’t work because the KBA requires a photo of the label.
