On my moped, when I ride with the Joker it runs normally. When I take it out, it sometimes runs (yesterday it didn't run normally, today it ran normally, then it died and then suddenly it didn't run normally anymore). It's like I'm going uphill. From the third gear onwards, it hardly accelerates anymore and in the fourth gear it accelerates by maybe 1 km/h every 10 seconds.

I got an unrestricted Gillera SP Runner 50 and now I want to limit it to 50 km/h. I've already gotten it to 50 km/h with spacers, but the revs are much too high at around 11,500 rpm, and it's much too loud. How can I fix this problem? Thanks in advance 🙂
