Moped/no driver's license?

Hi guys, I've got a pocket bike (49cc, 2-stroke, about 40km/h, not road legal). I sometimes ride it in the woods; it's about 500 meters until I get there. What happens if I get caught on this route or in the woods? I don't have a driving license (I'm 14). By the way, it's not a big motorcycle, just a small one (children's mini cross bike Gepard). What penalties do I face?

(I wrote the name in so you can see how big it is.)

Thank you in advance for your answers

Let it stay. This is going without a driving permit and actually a crime that is punished with social hours. In addition, without insurance cover, without authorization and on (probably) roads in the forest which are blocked for motorized traffic. If you're 18 you're sure you want to make the car guide ticket. But if you get caught with the part, the driving permit authority will know about it and you will get problems later when applying for the driving license check, eg MPU. You can only drive this vehicle on publicly inaccessible grounds (eg a cart railway)

the full program,

Driving a crime without a valid driving license

a lot of social hours, possibly. You'll be allowed to take a weekend and your driver's license later.

Is it a private forest and you have permission to drive there?

And is it a public street?

Driving without license, and therefore not insured. And without a license.

And apparently there's a driving license lock

Doesn't matter whether private forest or not. It is public transport space that can be entered or traveled by anyone. Only legally unobjectionable is the so-called "surrounded property".

Well, many more crimes cannot be committed in connection with a motor vehicle.

  • No driving license
  • No insurance coverage
  • No admission
  • Not taxed
  • Prohibited field and forest paths (although only OWi)

You won't run a motor vehicle for a long time.

No admission

Not taxed

Not applicable for a vehicle with 49ccm and 40 km/h.

Well, we don't know if it's only 40. My e-scooter is to reach only 25km/h and runs 30.

In addition to a crime (driving without a driving permit), you also violate the forest law. Driving in the forest can cost you up to €50,000.

The crime is punished by adolescents with social hours and a driving license lock. In addition, you will never be allowed to exercise some professions (policy, teachers, etc.).

Driving without authorization, without license, without insurance protection and without license. Is the forest private and you don't have permission nor possession disorder. So the full program.
