Moped in Service entdrosseln?

now normally it may run 45 km/h except you have appropriate driving licence.
Only then can dealers legally escape. However, it must also be re-registered accordingly and announced in the insurance because other license plates are required

Whether the changes of the trader as such are basically legal, that is one thing. – The question is: May you also drive LEGAL?

This must then be insured differently, you also need the corresponding driver’s license etc.

A new 50 cm3 moped is in the original state NIE throttled. It only drives 45 km/h. Someone wants to pull you over the table. Making the moped faster is illegal.

The vehicles are throttled to 45 km/h for the EU market, as this is only available to us. In Switzerland, for example, the vehicles travel around 70 km/h without the EU throttle.

Since we are here in Germany and the questioner does not mention that he lives in Switzerland, your comment is irrelevant. I could also say that everything is super, because in Africa no one is interested.

So there’s no choke he can remove?

No, it’s the URSPRUNGZUSTAND.

Where the questioner lives, it doesn’t matter. Your statement was:

A new 50 cm3 moped is in the original state NIE throttled.

You wanted to say that it is not possible to unthrottle the vehicle.

May I ask why you want to let a 50ccm unthrottle? With AM you can’t drive it anymore, then you need A1. And that’s how you can get a 125, something more bums me.

No more guarantee and no more insurance cover.
