I bought an Enox from a colleague. His Enox was quiet but mine is really loud. Does anyone know why that is?

Hello, I drove again today after three weeks (due to vacation and an internship), and I noticed that the display is incorrect. For example, if I'm driving 50 km/h, the display shows 30 km/h, or at 80 km/h, it shows 50 km/h. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
