Moped?

Does anyone really know a lot about mopeds and could possibly help me? So, I short-circuited my moped because I lost my keys and wanted to go for a ride, and one day I forgot to plug the cable back in. The next day, when I wanted to service it (it only has a kickstarter), it started briefly the first time, then died, and then wouldn't start again, which is still the case. I don't have much gas in the tank, and my battery only produces 11 volts, but I don't think that's the cause of the problem. I would be very grateful if you could help me.

In short. And how? This means that the ignition has been constantly under voltage and your battery has emptied. The 11V are idling. She breaks down under load. Loading and rehearsing.

Upstairs you wrote that your battery has 11V. I didn’t write anything about e starter.

Hello, if you write that the Batt 11 volt then measure it once you try to start it. From 10 V, the voltage is no longer sufficient for a spark.
