Surely you could take the throttling out, but I wouldn’t recommend.

Look, bad driving is still better than good running.

There are 50 cm3 small motorcycles for driving licence A1 which reach up to 80-90 km/h. For the AM driving licence there are the GDR vehicles from Simson that reach 60km/h legally.

Older models have more room. About the turn of the millennium was reduced from 50 km/h by law to 45 km/h. Older models then have 50 plus room – this was unofficially part to well 60 km/h.

A few scooters drive from themselves more than 50 km/h. However, these are all 2-strokes that no longer have electric throttles than the CDI.

Easy to watch in the internet and this is quickly done so the higher speed
