Monthly salary at Netto as a temporary worker?
Hey, I'll be working 8 hours a week at Netto Marken-Discount. My hourly wage is €12.41. However, I'm stuck calculating my monthly salary… how much would I get? I'm 17 and a temporary worker, so it's a part-time job.
Since the months with the exception of February are not exactly 4 weeks, the average is 4.3 weeks per month. So you have 12.41 € times 8 hours times 4.3 weeks per month = 426.90 euros out about a month.
At the Minijob you can also decide whether you want to deposit pension insurance contributions or not. That would be 3.5% of your gross salary, i.e. about 15 euros per month at the above figure, which would be declining.
This is not just about collecting retirement pensions. Pension insurance is also often cost-beneficiary for other professional measures that can become relevant significantly earlier – for example, retraining if you can no longer exercise your learned profession for health reasons.
And precisely at the point, it can be quite reasonable to pay pension insurance contributions voluntarily already at this first mini-job! You always need a minimum insurance period for such measures, i.e. a previous period in which you paid contributions. This mini-job would count in now! And example retraining: 15 years you have to have “on the clock”. So a few years in the mini-job can already be a real advantage during school time and studying!
And precisely at the point, it can be quite sensible to have pension insurance contributions already at this first mini-job Voluntary to pay…
Minijob as a minor job can be not voluntarily deposit in pension insurance, since since 2013 the RV-Pflicht for Minijobber is already in place!
You can only submit a request for exemption from the RV-Pflicht at the AG, which I cannot recommend because of the waiting period for certain pension insurance benefits!
Hey Thank you for your detailed answer!! I pay the pension insurance voluntarily, have you had experience as a remedy for net?? Do you think I can talk to my superiors after a few weeks about whether my hours of week will be increased from 8 to 10? Thanks again!!!!
3.5%???? That’s not true!!!! In other words, someone gets 15,- € then the BRUTTO – i.e. 13,05 € NETTO for mblk and 1,95 € must pay or be booked half yearly
The question is if you really work 8h a week. With us, new aids only work 6.5h in a 7h layer. Only with the cash training you come to the 538€, because you can then be used well. You’re IMMER at the checkout. Since the training, only five layers have been found where I was the second bank. But also consider that you get supplements in the late shifts.
Without cash training, you should expect you to get almost 300€ per month, after cash schooling, you can enjoy overtime 🙂
No, I didn’t work for net help. You can talk to your superior about the increase in hours. However, my recommendation would be that you try out the 8 hours for a while and see how good they fit your other obligations (I assume school?) and whether you can really make 2 more realistic every week! So maybe start, try it for 2, 3 months with 8 hours and then ask if everything fits, if you could do more hours.
1 month has labour law 4.3 weeks =
4,3 x 8 x 12,41 € =
That would be your monthly earnings= Minijob
under 15-16€ net/h I would not accept anything. You’ve got the same thing with the money +450€ job…
From 1 January 2025 you can earn up to 556€
Really sad, this comment really.
Keep paying for tax money 🤦🏻
How much do you deserve?
Do you have the place now?
I’ve been working since August 1 and got my first salary on September 30th. It depends on how many hours you work. In August I worked 41 hours, including a late supplement of about €20. I got paid around 490 €, after deductions for pension insurance. Since I worked more hours in September, I will receive about € 510 at the end of the month. Aids must initially wait one month for their first salary, but thereafter the payment is made monthly.
By the way, you need to remember that a mini-job at net also means that you also have to cash out. But don’t worry it’s not as hard as many claim! You get an introduction and then it works
